Once you’ve selected a plan it only takes 5 minutes to sign up online.
However, you’ll need to call us on 133 466 if:
- Anyone at the property is on life support, or
- The property has solar panels
We recommend that you contact us at least two business days before your move.
You will also need to contact your current energy provider to let them know you are moving out.
