Online portal for large business customers
You can now have 24/7 access to billing and meter data information via My Account Large Business, our online portal.
With My Account Large Business, you can:
- View a snapshot of billing information – including graphed usage and YTD data
- View billing and usage history and download bills
- View and download meter data
- Access your organisation and site data
- Reset your password if you forget it
And much more, available whenever you want it.
Sites and parent accounts
If you have more than one site and a single parent account, please register with your parent account number rather than site account number.
If you have more than one site and more than one parent account, please register with any of your parent account numbers. Then contact us to have all your accounts linked within the portal.
Your bills and making payments
We send your bills by email unless you request a paper bill. We can send invoices to up to five different email addresses – please contact us directly to set this up if required.
Our bills can be difficult to understand at first. We recommend that you take the time to have a look at our billing guide, which explains how to read and interpret your bill.
You can pay your bills via credit card (MasterCard or Visa. AMEX is not accepted) easily online through our secure online payment gateway. Note that fees may apply.
