For a fault or emergency related to power infrastructure (poles, wires, meters, power outages, etc.) or gas (gas leaks or other emergencies), please contact your distributor for assistance. You can find your distributor details at the top right corner of your bill.
If you are unable to find your distributor number, you can give us a call and we’ll help transfer you.
Please note that if you’re calling outside of business hours, you will be asked to provide your postcode before being transferred to the distributor. If your postcode is not known or invalid, the call will be transferred for assistance in identifying the postcode and then on to the distributor.
