We’ll send you an email to the address you provided when you signed up to your electricity plan. This email will include an activation link to redeem your 12 month Disney+ Standard subscription. When you click the activation link, you’ll be taken to the Disney+ website, where you’ll need to create your Disney+ account and accept the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement.
Once your 12 months of Disney+ Standard ends, your subscription will auto renew directly with Disney+, at the then-current monthly retail price of Disney+ Standard unless you cancel before your next billing date. if you cancel at any time before the end of the 12 month period, cancellation will be effective at the end of the 12 month period.
If you cancel your subscription with Disney+ after the 12 month period, cancellation will be effective at the end of the relevant monthly billing period.
Disney+ requires payment details to set up your account and enable ongoing access to the platform. You won’t be charged by Disney+ during the 12 month subscription period provided by EnergyAustralia.
Once the 12 month period ends, your Disney+ Standard subscription will auto renew at the then-current monthly retail price of Disney+ Standard, unless you cancel your Disney+ Standard subscription before your next billing date. The payment details you provide to Disney+ will be used as the primary billing method if you continue your subscription after the 12 months.
To avoid being charged, you can cancel at any time before the end of the 12 month period, and cancellation will be effective at the end of the 12 month period. If you cancel after the 12 months, cancellation will be effective at the end of the relevant monthly billing period.
Providing your payment details to Disney+ won’t change your chosen payment method for your electricity plan with EnergyAustralia.
If you already have a Disney+ subscription, billed directly by Disney+, you won’t be able to take up the offer immediately.
To be eligible, you’ll need to cancel your existing Disney+ subscription and wait for its billing period to end. After this time, you’ll be able to redeem your 12 month subscription from EnergyAustralia.
Please keep in mind, your subscription must be redeemed and activated within 40 days of signing up to the eligible EnergyAustralia plan. The activation link can only be used to subscribe directly through Disney+.
Unfortunately, if the billing period for your current subscription extends beyond 40 days, you won’t be able to redeem this offer.
If you currently subscribe to Disney+ through third-party providers, you’ll need to manage your account through them.

If you’re having trouble logging in, forgot your password, or used the wrong email address during sign up, the Disney+ Help Centre has instructions and assistance for managing your account, logging in, or resetting your password.
As part of your Disney+ Standard subscription, you can watch Disney+ on up to two compatible screens at the same time. For a full list of supported devices, visit the Disney+ Help Centre.
If you switch to another EnergyAustralia electricity plan, your existing Disney+ Standard subscription will continue for the remainder of your 12 month subscription period.
You’ll only get one Disney+ Standard subscription per electricity account and per email address, even if you switch electricity plans or move more than once.
If you have more than one property with us, you’ll need separate email addresses, as you’ll get a Disney+ Standard subscription for each of your premises.
If you decide to leave EnergyAustralia and connect your electricity with another provider before your 12 months of Disney+ Standard has ended, your Disney+ subscription will be cancelled.
To continue your subscription, you’ll need to re-sign up to a Disney+ subscription directly with Disney+ at disneyplus.com.
EnergyAustralia won’t share your personal information with Disney+. When you redeem your subscription, you’ll need to provide some personal information directly to Disney+ to create an account.

No, you can’t upgrade to Disney+ Premium while you’re on the Disney+ Standard subscription with your EnergyAustralia electricity plan.
