All EnergyAustralia customers with an active EnergyAustralia service are eligible. You must be signed in to the EnergyAustralia app to access and redeem the offer.
- Open the EnergyAustralia app.
- Tap on the 7-Eleven offer, then scroll down and select Generate barcode.
- Barcodes are valid for 30 minutes from generation.
- Scan your barcode at the 7-Eleven checkout.
Any fuel dispensed at 7-Eleven without a valid barcode will need to be purchased at fuel pump price.
You can redeem the offer up to twice per day.

Yes. A new barcode is generated each time you activate the offer in the app, and it will be valid for 30 minutes. You must scan it at the checkout to receive the discount. You are eligible to redeem two barcodes per day.

If there is an issue with the 7-Eleven systems, the transaction will be charged at the pump price in store. Please obtain a store record of the transaction, take a screenshot of the barcode and contact 7-Eleven customer service at 24-7customerservice@7eleven.com.au.
Please note, you will receive an error message via the EnergyAustralia app if you try to generate your 7-Eleven barcode while overseas.
No, this offer cannot be combined with other fuel discounts at 7-Eleven, including Fuel Price Lock, or where paying with a fuel card. Where a Fuel Price Lock is scanned, it will be applied to the transaction irrespective of its value and the fuel offer will not apply.
