Existing customers – connect your new premises

Call us to disconnect your electricity and gas at your old premise and arrange a new connection at your new one.

Need a meter turned off?

Call us six days before you need a disconnection. We can also arrange reconnections for you at this time.

New customers – first, disconnect your premises

Let us know at least three days before your electricity or gas needs to be switched on.

If you’re shifting address and switching your electricity and gas to EnergyAustralia, you’ll need to arrange a disconnection at your previous business premises.

What you need when connecting

When you connect your electricity or gas account with us, have the following details handy:

  • the address of your new business premise
  • the date you want the electricity and gas connected
  • your business name and contact numbers
  • your ABN

Disconnecting a meter

If you need a meter turned off please call us six days before you need a disconnection. We can also arrange reconnections for you at this time.

New meter installations

If you need a new electricity or gas meter installed, you’ll need to contact us to arrange the installation. Installing a new meter may take some time.
