The eWise portal shows if you’re on track to reduce your usage compared to previous periods. eWise can also show how you compare to your similar homes.

If you have a smart meter:

If you have an eligible smart meter you can now access your daily electricity usage information. Call us to find out if you’re eligible. Then, using some of the energy saving tips provided, you can take action to reduce your usage at the times you need it most.

Track your usage to date

This newest feature allows you to see how much electricity you’ve used (in kWh) within the current billing quarter. Located on the right hand side of the Overview page, you can also see your usage by day.

Monitor your usage by bill or day

Click on the My energy use tab to monitor your usage by bill or by day. You can also filter to a daily or hourly view to see when your usage is high. Then, using some of the energy saving tips provided, take action to reduce your usage where you can.
