As of Monday 21 July, all of our online services can now be accessed via a single login in one secure place, through My Account – our new online
self-service portal.

eWise customers

You can still access your usual eWise electricity usage, plus you can now manage and update your account details directly in My Account.

Online billing customers

All your usual online billing functions are now accessed through My Account, and residential customers will also be able to track and manage your electricity usage via the eWise portal.

How do I access My Account?

To start using My Account, you need to create a new password.  Please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Visit the My Account reset password page, enter the email address linked to your online account, and request a password reset.
  2. Check your inbox for a unique link to create your new password.
  3. Once your new password is created, you can access My Account.
