You can access the eWise portal through EnergyAustralia’s My Account. To register for My Account, you will need:

  • An email address.
  • A password.

To access eWise through My Account, you’ll need to add your electricity account to your account profile. To do this you’ll need:

  • Your account number
  • Your postcode
  • Your date of birth

Please note, if you have a smart meter, it may take up to 3 days for your data to appear in the eWise portal.
