EnergyAustralia’s Digital Director Greg Edye joined the company 10 months ago, bringing with him more than 15 years’ experience in the digital realm.
Greg believes EnergyAustralia is well placed to address the challenges and changes our industry is experiencing, through digital innovation.
“Digital is part of people’s everyday lives - there’s more mobile handsets in the world than there are people,” he says.
“We know our customers move between different digital devices throughout the day – from a mobile to a desktop computer to a laptop or tablet.
“They expect to be able to manage their energy accounts from any sort of device and offering a seamless and flexible online customer experience is our key focus in the digital team.”
In the rapidly changing world of digital innovation, Greg says the key to staying ahead is having a strong team of people.
“Our people have brilliant skills and strong backgrounds in the digital space to offer sound knowledge and expertise to drive us ahead of the industry,” he says.
