What if I’m planning to switch to EnergyAustralia?

If you plan on joining us before 3 July, we’ll send you a welcome pack with all the important information, such as the energy plan details and current rates you agreed to.

You’ll then receive a message on your bill reminding you of the rate change. You’ll be able to see your new rates detailed within your bill.

From 3 July, you can also log in to our My Rates page with your account details, to see your new rates.

If you’re planning on joining us after 3 July, your welcome pack will include the new rates.

All our new rates will be listed at energyaustralia.com.au/EPFS from 3 July 2017. Or, you can call us on 1800 001 772 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm AEST).
