- You'll receive a confirmation pack. If you select to receive this by email it will arrive the next day, and if you choose to receive it by post it'll arrive a couple of days after that.
- If you're not moving and simply switching providers, we will notify your current energy provider on your behalf, and they'll send you a final bill.
- You'll switch to EnergyAustralia after your next scheduled meter read. This could be up to 3 months.
We're sure you'll be happy with your decision to connect with us, however if for any reason you're not, call us on 133 466 in the first 10 business days and we'll cancel your application or transfer you to a more suitable plan.
