10 day cooling off
After you signup, you have 10 days to let us know if you change your mind. We'll let your old supplier know you are staying with them, and things will continue as normal.
Email updates
We'll keep you updated by email as your switch progresses. The length of time a switch takes varies - if you have a smart meter, it can take just a few days, otherwise it can take up to 90 days.
