Once you’ve signed up to My Account, you can take advantage of our range of digital self-service tools to manage your energy online:
- View, pay and manage your bills through direct debit, payment plans or extensions
- View your energy plans, manage your account and monitor your energy usage
- Switch plans
- Add and remove additional account holders
- Add and change your concession details
If you’ve recently signed up to EnergyAustralia, we will shortly be sending you a welcome pack, this welcome pack will contain your new account number.
Once you’ve received your pack and your energy has been connected, you’ll be able to register for MyAccount to manage your energy online.
You can find your account number in the following places:
- In your Welcome Pack
- In the header of any emails we’ve sent you about your account
- On your paper or email bill:
If you are still unable to find your account number, please contact us for support.
You do not need to register each account individually if you have multiple energy accounts with us, instead please sign into your existing My Account and follow the steps below to link your accounts together in one place,
- Once logged in to your existing My Account, you will be prompted to Add Account. Click this button.
- Choose the correct tab to enter Residential or Business details
- Now add your account number and service address postcode to retrieve your account
- Authenticate your identity using one of the suggested items
- Now your account has been linked
