Business Rate Fix is a plan for your business energy needs, with fixed rates for at least 12 months. This means your energy charges (such as daily supply, energy usage and demand charges) won't increase and your energy payments (such as solar feed-in tariffs) won’t decrease during the period identified in your Energy Plan Details as the Fixed Rate Period. Other fees and charges (such as GreenPower) may vary during this period.
The guaranteed discount applies to your energy usage, daily supply charges and demand charges (if applicable). Other fees and charges are excluded.
The benefit period is 12 months. Your discount will apply for the full benefit term.
