Am I eligible to participate?

Existing EnergyAustralia electricity customers located in Victoria, South Australia or New South Wales with smart meters are eligible to participate in the PowerResponse trial. You will also need to keep your mobile phone handy to receive the text notifications to allow you to participate.

Safety is never negotiable - if turning off certain appliances would be harmful to you or anyone at your home or business, unfortunately you are unable to participate. Please consider this when participating in an event. 

Households with a person on life support are not eligible to participate in this program.
