As one of the country’s leading energy businesses, we believe we have an important role to play in helping to close the gap in outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.

Reconciliation Action Plan

Our vision is to make a positive difference within EnergyAustralia, amongst our customers and in the broader community through reconciliation.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan is our commitment to Indigenous Australians. It covers three key areas:

  • Relationships
Build genuine and long term connections with Traditional Owners of the country in which we operate and the broader Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • Respect
Recognise and embrace Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and cultures in the way we work.
  • Opportunities
Grow Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participation across our business.
