Current customers – connect your new premises

To connect electricity or gas at your new business premises, call us to arrange a disconnection at your old site and a new connection at your new one. It’s that easy.

New customers – first, disconnect your premises

Let us know at least three days before your electricity or gas needs to be switched on.

If you’re shifting address and becoming a new customer of ours, you’ll need to arrange a disconnection at your previous business premises.

What you need when connecting

When you go to connect your electricity or gas account with us, have the following details handy:

  • the address of your new business site
  • the date you want the service connected
  • your business name and contact numbers
  • your ABN

Need a meter turned off?

Call us six days before you need a disconnection. We can also arrange reconnections for you at this time.

New meter connections

Contact us to arrange connection to a new meter. You’ll need to allow more time for new meter connections.
