EnergyAustralia is showing Geelong it’s here to stay with the installation of impressive new signage on its customer contact centre.

Located on the corner of Moorabool Street and Brougham Street, the signs have been attracting their fair share of attention, says Mark Brownfield, EnergyAustralia’s Chief Customer Officer.

“The signage uses energy-efficient low wattage LEDs and has won plenty of admiring glances from those walking along the Geelong waterfront at night. People especially like the big, glowing green ‘e’,” said Mark.

“And best of all, the entire Geelong office is powered by a combination of certified Greenpower and carbon neutral electricity, including the new signs.

“Our people love that the bold signs put our commitment to Geelong up in lights - literally. And we’ve just signed a two-year extension on the building’s lease, confirming that we’re here to stay.

“EnergyAustralia is a major employer in the region. We employ hundreds of people who live in Geelong and the surrounding areas.

“We’ve got a great team in Geelong, backed up by it taking out Best Victorian Contact Centre a few years back.

“We see ourselves proudly lighting the way in Geelong for many years to come.”
