As a result of upcoming changes to the NSW and ACT gas market, we need to upgrade our systems to meet the new industry standards. So, you may notice changes in billing periods for your next two bills.

If you receive quarterly bills

The billing period for your first bill may vary between 66 and 118 days compared to the standard 91 days. The billing period for your next bill may vary between 90 and 112 days.

If you receive monthly bills

The billing period for your first bill may vary between 20 and 33 days compared to the standard 30 days. The billing period for your next bill may vary between 29 and 43 days.

Bills will then return to the standard billing period, quarterly or monthly depending on your account.

You don't need to do anything

During this time, payment due dates will be the standard 20 days from the bill issue date and you can find your due date listed on the front of your bill.

If you have any scheduled direct debit payments set up, then these payments will remain unchanged and will be processed as agreed.
