How can I earn Velocity Points if I already have an EnergyAustralia plan?
All EnergyAustralia customers who linked their Velocity account to My Account on or prior to 31 March 2019 will earn 2,000 Anniversary Velocity Points each year for each residential EnergyAustralia gas or electricity plan, on their service anniversary date until 31 March 2021.

You can see your Velocity account number linked on EnergyAustralia’s My Account.
If I accidentally unlink my Velocity membership, can I link it again?
No, it is not possible to link it again after 31 March 2019. If you accidentally click the unlink option, make sure you choose 'No' to cancel.
I’m an existing Velocity Anytime Saver customer and I’m moving house. How do I link my existing Velocity membership with the new address?
You can link your Velocity membership with the account related to your new address through My Account by clicking on ‘Velocity Frequent Flyer’ before your move. Or you can call us on 133 466 and we’ll link your Velocity membership with your new EnergyAustralia account.
I’m a linked Velocity member but I recently moved home. Will I lose my Velocity Anniversary Points?
You’ll still receive your Velocity Anniversary Points each year until 31 March 2021 as long as you’ve linked your Velocity membership with the EnergyAustralia account related to your new address through My Account.
If I am a linked Velocity member and I move home, what will my anniversary date be?
Your Anniversary date is the day that EnergyAustralia become responsible to supply you with electricity and/or gas (as applicable) under your plan at your new home. Anniversary Points will be allocated at each continuous 12-month anniversary of you joining EnergyAustralia until 31 March 2021, providing you stay on the residential electricity or gas plan and continue to receive your bills and correspondence by email, and pay your bills by direct debit.

My EnergyAustralia plan was cancelled before I received the first bill. Does this mean that I won’t be credited with my Velocity sign-up Points?
If your EnergyAustralia plan is cancelled before your first bill, the Velocity Points will not be credited to your account.
