The EnergyAustralia Partner Network is a new sales channel providing accredited Partners with access to next generation products and solutions.
Next Generation Innovation
EnergyAustralia is developing a range of innovative third party products and solutions for residential and commercial customers, including the recently launched Redback Smart Hybrid Inverter. Partners participating in the network will also have access to exclusive products (for resale by the Partner to end customers) as well as advance review and testing opportunities as they become available.
Special offers on EnergyAustralia energy plans
Partners participating in the network will be accredited to provide their customers with access to special offers on EnergyAustralia energy plans that are not generally available. Sign up and application is all digitally self-serviced by customers, with no paper forms to fill in and nothing to post. Customers will also have access to a dedicated phone number for any customer service queries.
Customers can also sign up to a special EnergyAustralia energy plan even if they don’t want to buy a product from the Partner network.
Finance and payment plans
In addition to selected energy plans, Partners will be able to refer their customers to payment plans for accredited products. Application and sign up are all digitally enabled – customers can complete applications online via their smartphone, tablet or computer. The application decision result is provided in real time (subject to certain conditions). No paper forms to fill in, nothing to post.
