EnergyAustralia’s Traineeships are a four-year part-time program offering participants the chance to study for an Advanced Diploma in Electricity Supply Industry at TAFE while gaining valuable work experience at EnergyAustralia.

Trainees are given one-day off each week while TAFE is in session to study. You rotate through job roles in several different areas of EnergyAustralia’s business. You not only have the opportunity to develop teamwork, leadership and communication skills, but get to earn while you learn. From day one you will be part of a team, treated as a valued member and be given real responsibilities.

After you have completed your Traineeship and TAFE Advanced Diploma, you will be eligible to apply for a promotion to an engineering officer role at EnergyAustralia.
