How to switch or sign up
Follow this simple three-step process.
STEP 2 – Transfer
If you're moving home
Let us know what date you want to be connected. Remember to arrange the disconnection from your old property.
If you’re not moving home
We’ll transfer your account after your next scheduled meter read (this could take up to three months). Your previous energy company will send you a final bill.
STEP 3 – Welcome
We'll write to let you know when the transfer has happened and from then on your bills will come from us.
