Changed your mailing address recently?

Or maybe you’d like to update your account with your new married name or fix a misspelling? It’s easy to make these changes – simply complete our update your contact details form.

It’s a different process if you’ve moved house and you’d like to update your service address or transfer your existing account to a different person, to do this you’ll need to contact us. However if you’d like to maintain your account but add another person to the account, you can do this by adding an additional account holder

How do I update my contact details?

If you’re the registered account holder, you can change your contact details using our update your contact details form. Enter your details as they appear on your latest bill. You’ll then have the option to update the relevant fields.

Our customer service team will register the changes and you’ll receive a confirmation email within five working days. The update will be reflected on all future bills.
