In June 2010 EnergyAustralia joined together with Government and community sector agencies, consumer advocacy groups and EWON to provide resources and tools for the community sector prior to the 2010 price rise.

Energy Australia hosted three “Understanding Energy” Forums.

These were full day forums held across the EA network area in Sydney, the Hunter and the Central Coast.
