- Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card (TPI, EDA and War Widow only)?
- Centrelink Health Care Card?

How to apply
- You will need to be the account holder.
- Call us on 13 15 35 to apply
Life Support Rebate Scheme
Does someone who lives in your home rely upon the use of a home-based life support device?
You might be eligible for a NSW Government Life Support rebate off your electricity bills.
How to apply
- Complete an application form, including your doctor's signature; and
- Mail the form to us at the address provided on the application form.
Medical Energy Rebate
Does someone who lives in your home suffer from Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, spinal cord injuries, or other medical conditions that mean they cannot self regulate their body temperature?
You might be eligible for a NSW Government Medical Energy Rebate off your electricity bills for your principal place of residence.
This is a new rebate scheme introduced from 1 January 2010.
How to apply
- Complete an application form, including your doctor's signature; and
- Mail the form to us at the address provided on the application form.
