At EnergyAustralia we understand that paying bills is never much fun - that's why we make it as quick and easy as possible. Pay the way that suits you from the options listed below.

Consider applying for Automatic Bill Payment and take the hassle out of paying your energy bill.

SmarterPay Options

Automatic Bill Payment

Automatically pay on the due date by direct debit from your bank/building society/credit union account or by Automatic Bill Payment from your credit card (Mastercard, VISA and AMEX).

Just complete the SmarterPay Details form, pop it in the post and we do the rest. For more information call 13 13 67.

Regular Payment Option

Make budgeting easy by paying for your energy (gas and/or electricity) with our Regular Payment Option. You pay the same equal instalments each month or fortnight, so you know what's ahead.

Simply complete the relevant section on the SmarterPay Form and return to us. Alternatively, please contact us on 13 13 67 to arrange.  Read more about Regular Payment Option.

 

 

Credit Card and Online

BPAY

Contact your bank, credit union or building society to make a payment from your savings or cheque account.

BPAY VIEW®

You can also receive, view and pay your own bills online by visiting your bank's internet banking website. Our biller code is 3111.

Credit Card

Pay your bill 24 hours a day over the phone using our automated service. We accept MasterCard, VISA and AMEX only. Not available for bills more than $2000. Call 1300 653 343.

 

Other Payment Methods

Australia Post

Australia Post - by phone or in person

Pay your bill using EFTPOS, cash or a cheque at any Australia Post shop nationwide.
Or you can use your credit card to pay online at postbillpay.com.au or by phone on 13 18 16. Our billpay code is 0267.

Mail

Post your payment slip with a cheque to EnergyAustralia. Our payment mailing address is:

Please note that from 31 May 2012, you will no longer be able to pay your energy bill at our Customer Service Centre at
570 George Street, Sydney. Our two cash desk locations at 51-59 Bridge Street, Hornsby and Building No.1, 33-45 Judd Street, Oatley will also stop accepting EnergyAustralia bill payments from 31 May 2012.

You can still make over the counter payments at any Australia Post shop. If you have any questions, just call us on 13 15 02.

 

Late Payment Fee

Please note, as at 1 January 2012, we are increasing our late payment fee for those on a market based contract. For any enquiries, please call 13 13 67.

Late Payment Options

A late payment fee may be charged to overdue accounts. This fee does not apply to customers receiving a NSW Government pensioner energy rebate. If you are concerned that you cannot pay on time, please call EnergyAustralia as soon as possible on 13 13 67.
