At EnergyAustralia we want to make the process of paying your bill simple and efficient. That’s why we have provided you with several payment options to choose from allowing you to pay your bill the best way that suits your business.

SmarterPay

Automatically pay on the due date by direct debit from your financial institution account.

BPAY®

Contact your bank, credit union or building society to make a payment from your savings or cheque account. Our BPay biller code is 3111.
You can also receive, view and pay your own bills online by visiting your bank's internet banking website and using BPAY VIEW®.

Australia Post

Pay your bill using EFTPOS, cash or a cheque at any Australia Post shop nationwide. Or you can use your credit card* to pay online at www.postbillpay.com.au or by phone on 13 18 16.

*Please note there is a daily payment limit of $2,000 for credit cards.

Mail

Post your payment slip with a cheque made out to EnergyAustralia.

Our payment mailing address is: EnergyAustralia, Locked Bag W100, Sydney NSW 1291.

Late Payment Fee

A late payment fee may be charged to overdue accounts. If you are concerned that you cannot pay on time, please call EnergyAustralia as soon as possible on 13 15 02.
