Electricity usage information on My Account has changed
Our customers have told us that they value their energy usage information but they want it presented in a different way.
The eWise portal is no longer available as part of My Account.
We are continuing to build and improve our online services to ensure they meet customer needs and can be delivered to customers at any time, to any device.
Customers can view their usage using the view and pay bill* functionality on My Account.
