 Community Welfare Workers
EnergyAustralia has implemented a new telephone line especially for community welfare workers assisting EnergyAustralia customers. The new line 1300 309 016 will provide community workers with quick access to our Contact Centre for assistance.

Do you hold a Centrelink or Veterans Affairs Pensioner Concession Card or a Veterans Affairs Gold Card (TPI, EDA and War Widow only)? You might be eligible for a NSW Government pensioner energy rebate off your electricity bills for your principal place of residence.
