Fix your payments
The Regular Payment Option estimates your yearly energy spend and divides it into equal monthly or fortnightly payments. So instead of unpredictable quarterly bill amounts, you know what’s ahead.
For example, if you are estimated to pay a total of $1200 per year for your energy needs with the Regular Payment Option you’d pay $100 a month.
To ensure you are not paying too much or too little, we will monitor your energy usage and payments every quarter. Any difference will be shown on your bill. If your energy usage and spend differ significantly from the estimate, we will write to you to advise you about your adjusted future payments.
In addition, you don’t even have to remember to pay. Your Regular Payment amount is paid automatically from your chosen bank account or credit card on your nominated payment date, so you can spend your time doing better things.
