How to apply
- You will need to be the account holder.
- Call us on 13 15 35 to apply.
Medical Rebate
Does someone who lives in your home rely upon the use of a home-based life support device? You might be eligible for a NSW Government medical rebate off your electricity bills.
How to apply
- Complete an application form.
- Obtain a certificate from the person's hospital/doctor.
- Mail both the form and the certificate to us at the address provided on the application form.
